- Square for secure card payment processing.
- Invoicing, bookkeeping and accounting providers, including Xero where used.

We do not directly store full card numbers or card security codes. Card payments are processed by Square. We may retain limited transaction details such as the payment amount, date, payment status and transaction reference for booking and accounting purposes.
