For those wanting a selection of warm vegetables with their meat, we recommend placing corn, sweet potato or potato wedges on the grill under the meat and turning it regularly so that all sides receive a natural basting from above, and crisp evenly around the edges for that perfect crunch. With farmers’ markets springing up on weekends across Brisbane, you are sure to be able find the perfect plant–based produce to suit your gathering, your choice of meat, and your budget.

Small Spit Roaster Hire
Includes the small size spit 80cm length
This can hold up to 10kg of meat.
Ideal for small parties, portable and great for weekends away
Standard Spit Roaster Hire
Includes the Standard size spit 1m length
This can hold up to 20kg of meat.
If you’re wanting to roast a full lamb or a pig please advice your butcher of the length
Extra Large Spit Roaster Hire
1.5m length
Up to 20-30kg of full size lamb or pig.
Carving
When you hire the spit from us we offer a carving service for an additional cost.
This service includes is delivering, setting up, cooking, carving the meat and packing up after the event.
Charcoal
Got everything you need but looking for charcoal? We sell high quality charoal thats ideal for open fire roasting in 5kg bags. Just send us a quick message, we can deliver as well
Going remote?
Planning your event somewhere you dont have access to power? We also hire generators for $50 for the weekend so you can still enjoy a delicious spit roast while out enjoying your getaway
- Payment is due seven days prior to delivery. If no payment is made before this date, your booking is not guaranteed
- For cancellations made four (4) calendar days prior to delivery date, customers will be charged $30 admin fee
- Cancellations made within three (3) days of the delivery will not be refunded
- $100/$200 Security deposit is required per spit, per booking.
- $50 cleaning deposit is required per spit, per booking. Deposit is forfeited if the spit(s) and all other equipment provided are not returned cleaned and without damage
We operate out of South Eastern suburbs, the delivery cost will depend on the location of your event
